Completion of Degree Requirement in Humanities
General Instructions for Spanish Trajectory:
1. Open the eCDR form on e-projects and enter an 80-word abstract; your final project is the essay composed for your 6th course.
2. Identify your case according to the last Spanish class you took at WPI and according to the case descriptions listed below.
3. Copy the case that corresponds with your trajectory (substitute the brackets with your name) and paste it onto the form in the abstract area.
4. The title should be the prefix and number of your last class, e.g. SP3524.
5. Send a copy of your WPI audit (available on Workday—your unofficial transcript) to Prof. Madan via email, [email protected]). Highlight your Spanish courses and transfer credits. The final grade for the HUA Requirement will be the average of all your Spanish courses you have taken as they appear on your audit. You must have a total of six lines related to Spanish on your audit.
6. If you have taken 3 or more years of Spanish in high school you are entitled to the accreditation of 1/3 of a unit; the form is attached below. If the credit doesn't appear on your audit, you must request this transfer through Academic Advising. However, one of the Spanish professors must approve the transfer. You will need their signature.
